Jesse
Jesse has a diverse professional background, having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, he has supported individuals across a wide range of ages and diagnoses. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the many paths healing can take and his motivation to walk side by side with his clients.

Jesse's therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, rooted in empathy and unconditional positive regard. He integrates attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward healing and connection. He believes therapy is a collaborative process, and prioritizes tailoring the work to the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Jesse works with individuals, couples, and families, offering telehealth services to clients in Maryland.
